Brit turned 30 yesterday, and in honor of her pal's birthday, Paris filmed a heartfelt message to her dear friend.

Paris posted the video message on her Twitter page. "Here's a Special Video Birthday Shout Out to the Beautiful Birthday Girl" she wrote.

The video was filmed in Ms. Hilton's Miami hotel room, before she and her sister went to a swanky party celebrating the launch of the book Culo. Paris explained why the videow as taped in the bathroom: "I know it looks random because we filmed it in front of my shower, but these hotel rooms have such dark lighting that it's the only place you could see. LOL. Love you Brit! Have an amazing birthday! Love Always, Paris xoxo"

Ms. Spears spent her big day ice skating and hanging out with her family and beau Jason Trawick, and we're sure she was very happy to get! a messa ge from Paris!
