Hicks: Paris Hilton boyfriend arrested

Paris Hilton's new boyfriend was arrested early Monday morning in Las Vegas for suspicion of committing battery.

According to TMZ, a male clubgoer filed a report with the Las Vegas Metro Police Dept. claiming his girlfriend was "making out" with Hilton inside XS nightclub at the Encore hotel. Apparently, Hilton's new boyfriend River Viiperi got upset his girl was playing tonsil hockey with someone else.

And you think you have problems.

The alleged victim claims Viiperi -- a 21-year-old male model -- punched him in the face sometime around 2:30 a.m.. The victim, identified in reports as the boyfriend Paris Hilton was kissing, was allegedly injured badly enough to require medical attention.

The victim told hotel security he wanted to press charges against Viiperi, so when police arrived, Viiperi was arrested. He was cited and released without going to the police station. Hilton already left the scene by the time police showed up.

SCHWARZENEGGER ADMITS AFFAIR WITH ACTRESS: Another day, another reason Maria Shriver wishes she asked for more in the divorce settlement.

In today's excerpt of his new autobiography "Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story," the actor reveals he had a "hot affair" with Brigitte Nielsen in 1985 while dating and living with his now ex-wife Shriver, according to Time.

Schwarzenegger said he knew the duo's short-lived fling wouldn't last and made him realize he wanted to marry Shriver.

of this particular dalliance shouldn't come as that much of a shock.

Nielsen wrote about the whirlwind romance in her own memoir published last year, saying she and Schwarzenegger had an "outrageous affair" while making the 1985 film "Red Sonja," in which they co-starred.

Must've been tricky to get out of all that armor.

The actress, who subsequently married Sylvester Stallone and more recently had a fling with Flavor Flav, said she didn't know Schwarzenegger was dating Shriver at the time.

DREW BARRYMORE GIVES BIR! TH TO BA BY GIRL: Drew Barrymore and husband Will Kopelman welcomed a baby girl, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, last Wednesday. The couple released a statement saying their firstborn is "healthy, happy and welcomed by the whole family."

Oh, and the child is named after a reindeer.

Barrymore voiced the character of Olive in a 1999 TV special "Olive, the Other Reindeer."

Someday she's going to have to explain to her little girl that she's named after venison.

Back in 1995, however, Barrymore she told Rolling Stone she wanted to have a daughter named Ruby Daffodil someday. So maybe the kid caught a break, after all.

Barrymore and Kopelman tied the knot June 2 at her Montecito, Calif., home and honeymooned in Big Sur.

KRISTEN STEWART AND ROBERT PATTINSON HITTING THE ROAD AGAIN: Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will definitely be together on the "Breaking Dawn Part 2" press tour, whether they're actually a real life couple or not.

According to Deadline.com, the "Twilight" cast, including Stewart and Pattinson, will hit Australia, Japan, Brazil, South Africa, Scotland, Ireland and the United States throughout October and leading up to the film's Nov. 16 release.

That's a lot of countries for two people to tour while pretending they don't know each other.

That Stewart and Pattinson will work together to promote the final "Twilight" film is far from a surprise. "We're going to be fine," Stewart recently said when asked about her relationship with Pattinson.

Meanwhile, the pair have reportedly reconciled off-screen, with Stewart apparently having moved back in with Pattinson within the last week.

"They are living together," an insider told Us Weekly. The source also revealed that the couple had a "dramatic makeup," but Pattinson is "extra-sensitive" and insecure."

Maybe he needs a weekend with Mickey Rourke.

Summit Entertainment will release a new poster for "Breaking Dawn Part 2" on Tuesday.

CHEATIN' COUNT! RY SINGE R GETS CAUGHT: Country singer Jason Aldean is sorry ... he got caught.

The married musician issued a public apology Sunday via his Facebook page, apologizing for playing tonsil hockey in a bar with "American Idol" season 11 hopeful Brittany Kerr who, research shows, is not his wife, Jessica Ussery.

"The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar," Aldean, 35, wrote of his indiscretion at The Den bar on Wednesday. "I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that's the end of the story."

I bet his wife isn't saying "end of story.'

TMZ first broke news of Aldean's PDA with Kerr, posting a series of incriminating photos of the pair kissing on its website early Sunday.

I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself. I'm not perfect, and I'm sorry for disappointing you guys," the "Take a Little Ride" crooner continued. "I really appreciate being able to work through this privately with my family and for all your continued support."

Friends of Kerr say the singer didn't know Aldean was married. Understandable. If only people had access to handheld technology that enabled one to do a search using someone's name to get important information like that in a matter of seconds.

Kerr, 25, a dancer for the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats, was eliminated from last season's "American Idol" before the round of 24. TMZ reported that Kerr shut down her Twitter account Monday after being bombarded with angry and threatening messages from Aldean fans. Because of course it was all her fault.

Aldean married Ussery, his high school sweetheart, in 2001. They have two daughters, Keeley, 9, and Kendyl, 5.
