Only Paris Hilton could turn her boyfriends nasty ski injury into a seductive photo session. And thats exactly what the star ofThe World According To Paris did the other day, when her big trip to Lake Tahoe was interrupted by a pesky hospital visit.
Paris Hilton has been dating Spanish model River Viiperi for some time now, but she still understands that her priorities involve doing whatever it takes to snag the medias attention. Although shes been somewhat out of the limelight in the past few months (thanks Lindsay Lohan!), shes still camera ready the reality star proved this once again as pictures were taken in the wake of her boyfriends ski accident. To be fair, River did his share of posing as well, throwing the camera a thumbs up as his girlfrie! nd put on her best pouty face.
After River had returned from the hospital complete with 19 stitches Paris told her Pheed followers all about the incident. Such a scary day on the slopes today.After seeing the gash on River Viiperis leg, I almost passed outI cant even imagine the pain he went through today.
Were assuming that Paris saw the gashafter she took advantage of the photo op. Because in that initial photo, she certainly doesnt look like shes about to pass out. River apparently was also unaware of the extent of the injury at that time, for a later Twitter photo shows what is indeed a very deep gash on his leg. In fact, the picture was bad enough that he had to warn followers that it was not for the weak of stomach.
