The reality star sported a wig, as she often does, and an all-black ensemble for some retail therapy at Maxfields. She emerged in the black skirt, top, hat, and furry vest with a bunch of big bags, signaling much shopping succcess.

And, perhaps she bought something for a pal, too. She went out with her sister and friends for a birthday party last night and had a blast! Before her big shopping trip, she also got her real hair done, and went to the chiropractor. Hilton said she's been sleeping much better since making weekly trips to the back doctor. "Just got adjusted by my amazing chiropractor @DrTomPRC. Going to him & sleeping on my Technogel bed makes my body feel & sleep! perfect ly.:)" she tweeted.
