The blonde socialite graces the cover of the magazine, where she poses in a sexy black top and lace stockings.

In the magazine, Hilton reveals that she's made a mind-blowing $1.3 billion over the last six years. "I have 35 stores and 17 product lines," Hilton said. "And then there's my racing team, my 14 fragrances and my new project, the Paris Hilton Be! ach Club chain. The first one is opening in the Philippines soon. It's going to have nightclubs, restaurants, bars, gyms. Everything really."

Yeah, we'd say she has plenty of reasons to smile.
