Hilton looked absolutely stunning in a plunging black sequined cocktail dress with sheer netting, which she paired with sky-high black heels a diamond necklace. The blond beauty eventually added a glittering tiara to her ensemble in order to complete the picture perfect party look.

After the festivities Paris tweeted, "Just had a fun surprise birthday dinner at @BesoHollywood. Thanks @SylvainBitton & JT. Love your restaurant! Amazing food & ambience."

Over the weekend, Paris attended Terry Richardson's art exhibition with her sister Nicky, where she treated herself to a fabulous birthday present, a piece called "The Paparazzi Machine."

"The video doesn't do justice to the way it looks in real life," Paris wrote on her blog. "It's such a cool art ! instilla tion and even has motion sensors so when you walk by it flashes and makes noises. Think I'm going to hang it in the nightclub I built in my house."
