Hilton's crash with booze and drugs

Conrad Hilton's car, involved in an accident over the weekend, allegedly contained alcohol and drugs.

Paris Hilton's 17-year-old brother side swiped two parked cars while going at speed in a Los Angeles neighbourhood in the early hours of Saturday morning after leaving a nightclub.

The teen had left the scene of the accident after exchanging information with the owner of the vehicle before police arrived and authorities said he would not be arrested or cited for the incident because he followed the law.

Conrad's father Rick Hilton told TMZ that the accident happened because his son was trying to avoid a dog in the road.

But the site has now obtained photographs of Conrad's car after the incident which shows a bottle of medical cannabis, rolling papers and two unopened bottles of wine.

One of the neighbours on the Brentwood street claimed that Conrad was in a state after the incident and begged for his parents not to be notified.

"He was taking a p**s in the driveway of my neighbour," the eyewitness claimed.

"He said, 'I'm sorry sir. I am drunk and I have done a very stupid thing.'"

When the neighbour asked him why he was driving drunk, Conrad allegedly said, "Because I'm a f**k-up. You cannot call my parents. They're on vacation. I'm 17 and out past curfew."

The neighbour added that Conrad apparently dangled his wrist in front of him and made a crude remark.

"See this bracelet. It costs $US11,000 ($A11,305). I can pay for everything," Conrad reportedly said.

The bystander said that someone in a BMW came to pick Conrad up and drove him away.

Police officials say that Conrad did not do anything wrong because he left the correct identification paperwork before leaving the scene and there was no way to prove the items were not put in the car after the teen left his vehicle which was then towed away.
