Paris Hilton's 17-year-old brother, Conrad, allegedly struck a parked car while speeding down a narrow street in Brentwood, California early Saturday morning.

TMZ released a surveillance video of the accident, which shows Hilton striking the parked vehicle around 12:50 a.m. On impact, the parked vehicle bounced into another parked car behind it. Hilton proceeded to speed down the road.

However, this wasn't a typical hit-and-run; Hilton later returned to the scene to claim responsibility. Just minutes after Hilton hit the vehicle, several people had gathered around the scene to assess the accident. Hilton then returned to the crowd and reportedly exchanged information with the vehicle's owner. Police arrived shortly after to inspect the damage, but Hilton had already fled the scene by that time.

Hilton was not issued any tickets and police say he was not obligated to stay on the scene after exchanging information with the driver. Hilton left his damaged car in a nearby driveway and it was later towed and impounded.

Car accidents seem to be a trending occurrence amongst the Hilton brothers. Paris's 22-year-old brother, Barron, hit a gas station attendant with his car in 2008. Barron had to pay $4.9 million to the attendant in order to compensate for the accident.
