Washington, May 12 : Socialite Paris Hilton's sister Nicky is suing her former clothing line partners, 'The Asher Group' for 5million dollars.

According to TMZ, the 28-year-old designer is claiming the Asher Group is responsib! le for t he failure of a high-end fashion venture she undertook, Contactmusic reported.

She signed a deal with Eliyahu Cohen and the Asher Group to launch Nicky Hilton Worldwide in 2006. The venture was supposed to market top style products under her name.

She claims they promised to provide 4.9 million dollars in financing for the operation and pay her a guaranteed annual salary of 250,000 dollars plus a 10 per cent increase each year.

But in a lawsuit filed in LA County Superior Court, Nicky asserted that the Asher Group failed to secure the 4.9 million dollars.

She also insists that they never paid her salary and wasted the money the company did have on unnecessary personal expenses.

Hilton also stated that Asher Group spent 9000 dollar per month on a personal assistant who "spent most of her time running personal errands for Asher and other tasks unrelated to NHW business".

She claims that Asher and Cohen's irresponsible conduct was the reason behind the damages done to the company and now she has been left behind to ''clean up the mess''. (ANI)
