Paris Hilton 'starts fight with paparazzo'

PARIS Hilton has been accused of starting a fight with a photographer, ending in a scuffle which involved up to a dozen people.

RadarOnline has posted a video which it claims proves the heiress instigated the altercation and shows her "attacking" the paparazzo "for no reason".

Photographer Billy Barrera filmed Hilton inside a Hollywood parking lot, but he says she was convinced he caught something on camera she didn't want the public to see.

He says she then tried to grab his camera and was hanging off his neck "like a piggy back ride".

A friend of Hilton's also reportedly tried to grab his gear, prompting a fight to break out.

"Her friends all started attacking me and no one could see us until we got up to that next level, and that's when I yelled for help and the other paps came running and shot some video," he told the gossip website.

TMZ also posted a video of the scuffle, which shows the heiress being pressed up against the wall inside the Hollywood parking lot.

Barrera says he is considering taking legal action as his neck and ears "really hurt".

"It's not my style," Brian Barrera told E! News, on his way into his lawyer's office in Beverly Hills, "But honestly? I'm in a lot of pain."
