Paris Hilton takes hit during paparazzi run in

Socialite Paris Hilton was caught in the middle of a fight involving paparazzi Tuesday evening.

Hilton was with a group of friends leaving Bootsy Bellows, a nightclub in Hollywood owned by actor David Arquette. A paparazzo came near the group. One of Hiltons friends thought he was pointing his camera too close to them and grabbed it from his hands.

A fight broke out and Hilton, 31, was knocked into a wall.

However, she was reportedly not injured and was able to put some distance between herself and the scuffle.

Police were not called, but the paparazzo claimed that someone in Hiltons group stole his jacket and camera. There is no word on if he has contacted authorities regarding the incident.

On Saturday, Hilton made her debut as a disc jockey at the Pop Music Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

However, reviews of her performance were not enthusiastic.

The songs she played included Rihanna's We Found Love, Deadmau5's Some Chords and Avicii's Levels.

"I am so happy with the way the set turned out," Hilton said. "It was better than I ever expected, the crowd was going crazy and it was so much fun to know I was creating that happiness! It was such a rush! The energy around the entire place was indescribable!"
