Paris Hilton settles lawsuit with Italian lingerie company in NYC

Paris Hilton appeared on court on Monday to try to end a lawsuit with Italian lingerie maker Le Bonitas.

The heiress was sued by the company back in 2010 over a licensing agreement. Hilton countersued, claiming they owed her $1.5 million.

Access Hollywood reports that Le Bonitas claims their business suffered when Hiltons delayed in signing paperwork, resulting in $200,000 in losses.

However, The San Francisco Chronicle reports that Hiltons countersuit against the Italian company stated that they failed to promote her line with them in Europe.

Their obligatory settlement hearing on Monday reportedly ended in the star agreeing to go forward with a line for the lingerie company.

According to TMZ, with the agreement to move forward, this will mark the 18th product that Hilton has signed on to develop. Her businesses are rumored to be worth $1 billion all together

Hilton appeared in court over this same lawsuit last month, for which she signed a 5-year contract, promising to create a line of pajamas, swimwear and lingerie with Le Bonitas.

Hilton shot to stardom after a sex tape hit the internet with her then-boyfriend Rick Solomon.
